    Lifeguard Multi-Surface uses new 21st century technology which provides unmatched protection against water and sun damage. Most water sealers will block water vapor transmission and will degrade quickly when exposed to UV light. Lifeguard Multi-Surface penetrates beneath the surface to form a pre-crosslinked barrier within the substrate. it is designed to resist oil, efflorescence and food stains. It also includes special ingredients which protects your surface long after the initial water beading has diminished.
