Unlike ordinary caps, SuperEight sweatbands can be easily removed and cleaned, or replaced. Your choice of soft cotton jersey (FM69); terry cloth (44RT) or 360° vinyl wrapped foam sweatband (S2FV).

Sweatbands for hard hats and bump caps are attached to the head gear or wrapped around the suspension to absorb perspiration, keeping vision clear by absorbing sweat before it can run into the wearer's eyes. Washable hard hat sweatbands also provide more padding than non-padding head gear, making the head gear more comfortable to wear. Sweatbands used with hard hats, bump caps, and climbing helmets help keep a worker's vision clear by preventing perspiration from getting into their eyes. They can also be dipped in water to help keep workers cool and provide cushioning to make the head gear more comfortable than those without padding. Helmet, bump cap, and hard hat sweatbands can be removed, washed, and replaced when they become worn or dirty.
