Quick Overview
This economical release provides excellent anti-stick properties that leaves a thin, dry film which doesn’t transfer to finished parts.
• Non-silicone formula; contains PTFE
• Provides multiple releases per application
• Will not harm most plastics or attack rubber, paints, or metals
• Compatible with most urethanes and styrenes, moldable resins and elastomeric compounds
• Does not contain ozone depleting substances
• Will not interfere with post-finishing operations; parts can be painted, stenciled, hot stamped, glued, plated, or otherwise decorated
• Heat stable up to 500°F (260°C)
• Meets MIL-L-60326 MU Type II performance requirements
Uses: Nylon, rubber, foam, some plastics, metal, phenolic resins, filament windings, epoxy potting and encapsulating, polypropylenes, polystyrenes and polyurethanes.
